Kevin Gallacher
Founder/Co-ownerKevin Gallacher is a professional performer, choreographer, stunt performer, and creative producer whose work spans stage, film, competitive dance, and live entertainment. He trained with renowned dance figures including Jock Soto of New York City Ballet, Valerie Madonia, and Gelsey Kirkland of American Ballet Theatre.
Gallacher is a UCWDC Line Dance World Championship 2nd Place medalist (2026), National Champion (2025), and Cabaret National Champion (2024). He has performed on internationally recognized stages including the Santa Fe Opera, Live at Lincoln Center, and Magic Live in Las Vegas, and has collaborated with artists such as Bobby McFerrin, Peggy Hickey, and Susan Graham.
His on-screen work includes appearances in Longmire, The Messengers, A Million Ways to Die in the West, and The Maze Runner. Gallacher has also worked as a director, choreographer, stunt performer, and entertainer with organizations including the Louisiana Delta Ballet, Dancing with the Louisiana Stars, and professional sports entertainment.
An instructor, DJ, and emerging independent filmmaker, Gallacher co-owns Rustopia™ Active Entertainment in Ruston, Louisiana with his wife, Dr. Donna Gallacher, where they produce performance instruction and immersive entertainment experiences.
Dr. Donna Gallacher
Founder/Co-OwnerDr. Donna Gallacher is an educator, innovator, researcher, and leader whose career bridges higher education, industry collaboration, and creative expression. As Chief Innovation Officer at Louisiana Tech University, she works at the intersection of research, economic development, technology commercialization, workforce strategy, and partnership development—helping connect ideas, people, and organizations in ways that create meaningful impact across industries and communities.
An instructor and educator by both training and trade, Donna’s work spans disciplines and borders. She has conducted and contributed to research and strategic initiatives in areas including innovation ecosystems, leadership, higher education transformation, workforce development, technology transfer, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. Her work has been presented internationally, and she is a published author and frequent speaker known for bringing energy, insight, and personality to the stage. Whether facilitating discussions on innovation, speaking on the future of higher education, or engaging audiences through live events, Donna blends intellectual curiosity with an approachable and dynamic presence.
Beyond academia and innovation leadership, Donna co-founded Rustopia™ Active Entertainment with her husband, performer and creative professional Kevin Gallacher. Rustopia™ reflects their shared passion for movement, storytelling, entertainment, artistic collaboration, and human connection. Donna’s unique blend of scholarly perspective, professional leadership, and creative performance gives Rustopia™ its distinctive spirit, one rooted equally in imagination, innovation, education, and the joy of bringing people together.
